My “New Life” Prayer

(Pray this prayer out loud)

Dear Jesus,

I know I have sinned and need Your forgiveness.  I ask you now to change my life.  Forgive me of my sins and help me to know You.  I know You died on the cross for my sins and rose from the grave to give me life.  I also know that You are the only way to Your Father, so help me to obey You, and start living for You.   AMEN

If you just prayed this prayer and really meant it, the Bible says that an angel has just written your name down in heaven, in a book called “The Lamb’s Book of Life”.  Now, when you get to heaven, Jesus  (the Lamb of God) will welcome you into heaven with open arms.
